If the item is unopened, unused and in its original packaging, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping non-refundable).
Please photograph the package before opening if it looks damaged in transit, then photograph the item inside. Send the photos to within 48 hours of delivery — we will replace or refund at your choice, and pay return shipping.
Every Beansmith Co. item carries a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers burr mechanisms, glass carafes, kettle elements and similar functional defects. Warranty does not cover:
