Beansmith Co. curates specialty coffee accessories and gadgets in Singapore. Prices are listed in Singapore dollars (S$) and are inclusive of GST. We do not process payment directly on this website — every order originates as either a private inquiry (which we reply to with a quote within one business day, Mon–Fri SGT) or a PayPal redirect at your choice.
An inquiry submission generates an inquiry reference number (e.g. BS-INQ-2026-XXXXXX). Your inquiry is not a binding contract until we reply with a written quote and you confirm acceptance by reply email. PayPal redirect orders are binding on PayPal payment confirmation.
All listed prices are final, inclusive of 9% GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout: free for orders S$120 and above, otherwise S$8.50 flat island-wide.
Every Beansmith Co. item carries a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning from the delivery date. Warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or commercial use.
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. See our Returns policy for details.

Beansmith Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of products purchased. Our maximum liability is limited to the invoice value of the relevant order.
